This week we are on the Texas of cast visiting family that is vacationing in Port Aransas, Texas. We came by way of Fulton, Texas which is home to one of my favorite seafood eateries – Charlotte Plummer’s. They make superb fried shrimp, and their Salad Bar is second to none. It was Susan’s sister’s birthday, and her husband’s belated birthday. The restaurant is on the waterfront – a dock where oyster boats come to unload. It looks like this.
