I roasted some duck legs served with a red wine and red current jelly reduction and a side of asparagus tonight. The duck recipe was simple yet unctuous – as are most duck dishes. The asparagus with garlic salt and freshly squeezed lime was tasty. It looked like this:

It was a simple dinner with a minimum of fuss and a maximum of YUM!
I had a bowl of Rice Crispiest. Not all that sunctuous. ðŸ¤
