It was time for another Lamb and Pork dinner. Susan prefers pork while I prefer lamb. I cook a butterfly pork chop for her and a lamb shoulder chop for me. She prefers Major Gray’s Sweet Mango chutney whereas I like Mother’s Mild Mango Pickle (my digestion no longer tolerates the Hot Mango Pickle, Alas.) As the French say, “Viva la difference!”
I roasted a couple of gifted peppers from Nico’s garden to serve as a side. The salad was from the CM salad bar.

Life post-op is not yet back to normal, but we are getting there bit by bit.
