Dinner this evening was a Pacific whitefish – Loin Cod, dusted lightly with Dos Pendejos Oro del Mar spice blend and then clad with my homemade Pecan crust, pan fried in EVOO and butter. The side was our favorite boiled Artichoke with garlic-butter sauce dish. A smear of Spicy Aioli gave the whitefish that special zing.

Tomorrow’s dinner is chili cheese dogs with diced onions. The side will be Pork ‘n Beans – simple but tasty fare.
