We watch a lot of Food TV, and the programs often feature cuisine that is described as fusion – a combination of French and Carribean or maybe Chinese and American, etc. Tonight, I asked Susan to prepare her usual Escargot dish, and I added the leftovers from our bug-out meal from a couple of days ago. It was more juxtaposition than fusion, but it was yummy nonetheless.
How about enchiladas avec escargot.
Now there’s a thought. 🙂
