The afternoon sky was clear. Today’s H-alpha image shows some persistent prominence activity along the sun’s eastern limb. The largest is along the NE. Smaller prominences are active along the W-NW and SW limbs.
The sunspot image continues to show the three main active regions moving westward across the solar disk.
