Today’s H-alpha image shows ongoing prominences along the NE, SE, NW and WSW solar limbs. Those along the NE include some tall plumes of sun stuff. Those along the SE, while extensive, do extend as high above the chromosphere.

The corresponding sunspot image shows eight active regions albeit, AR4219 and 4220 require a bit of imagination to see in this picture. The others are better defined.
