We’re having Gulf of Maine salmon and an artichoke for dinner. I bought an especially beautiful specimen of artichoke, and Susan was inspired to recreate this icon. Rather than pickup her Tablet computer in the left hand, she chose a Tabby instead.

Love it! Ours seem to have survived the cold of winter (so far) and are now about 4 feet tall and quite bushy again. Home grown artichokes, YEAH!
