Susan prepared one of my favorite meals for dinner – Duck l’ Orange. The side was a serving of Peewee potatoes roasted in the oven with a light drizzle of EVOO, salt, pepper, fresh Rosemary from our backyard, and thinly sliced lemon. The duck skin could have benefitted from a few more minutes of high heat before cooking at a lower temperature, but no matter. The meal was sumptuous, unctuous and completely satisfying.
